Refund & Return Policy

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Returns & Refunds are only accepted if:

- The product arrives damaged or defective

- There was a mistake on our part (wrong item, incorrect engraving, etc.)

 

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery

- Include photos of the item and packaging

- Provide your order number

 

We'll either:

- Send a corrected replacement at no cost

- Or offer a full/partial refund, depending on the issue

 

We Do Not Offer Refunds For:

- Spelling errors or design issues provided by the customer

- Change of mind after an order is placed

- Slight variations in color, texture, or grain (especially for natural materials like wood)

 

Shipping Issues:

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim if needed.
