We're proud to handcraft each item with care and deliver it safely to your door. Here's what to expect when placing an order with us.
Processing Time
- Standard processing time is 1-2 weeks, depending on order volume and customization.
- Bulk or complex custom orders may require additional time. We'll notify you if that's the case.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item size and delivery location.
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses in the U.S. only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for qualifying orders (details on product pages or checkout).
Delays or Lost Packages
- Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us - we'll help you file a claim and offer solutions.
Delivery Issues
- If your order says "delivered" but you can't find it:
1. Check with neighbors, building managers, or household members.
2. Wait 24-48 hours - sometimes carriers mark packages early.
3. Contact us if the package still hasn't arrived.
Custom Orders
-Because we make items to order, please ensure all personalization info is correct at checkout.
- Incorrect entries may delay shipping or result in replacement fees.
